On December 4, 2025, the Board and Technical Team of the Atlantic Association for Support to Machado-Joseph Patients (AAADMJ) attended the launch session of the research project Integrated Study for Genetics and Health Insights in Machado-Joseph Disease (INSiGHT-MJD) research project, held at the University of the Azores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AAADMJ joined this project, becoming part of its Advisory Board, helping to ensure that scientific decisions take into account the experience, needs, and priorities of the Machado-Joseph Disease community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Association's involvement in this project was also highlighted in a news article published in the regional newspaper A\u00e7oriano Oriental<\/strong>, on the occasion of the public presentation of INSiGHT-MJD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
